2013 I Care For Kids Radiothon

Children’s Miracle Network at Penn State Hershey Children’s Hospital will hold its annual Radiothon in March. The GIANT Food Stores’ I Care for Kids Radiothon on I105 WIOV fm will be March 1 and 2 at Wanner Ford at 620 North Reading Road in Ephrata.

Friday, March 1, 6:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Saturday, March 2, 6:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Listen, pledge, and come to see us! To make a donation during the Radiothon, please call us at 1-877-543-7365 or donate online. Anyone who pledges at least $25 dollars a month for 12 months or makes a $300 one-time gift will receive a t-shirt designed by a Miracle Child.

 Last year, WIOV listeners helped us raise $138,000 to purchase equipment for children with breathing problems. This year, help us raise money to purchase new, pediatric emergency training equipment for the hospital’s Simulation Center. This equipment will train medical staff and families to respond to life-threatening situations in a safe, realistic environment. When seconds count, experience saves lives.

Cumulus Media Harrisburg held its first Radiothon to benefit Children’s Miracle Network in 1998, and since that time, Cumulus, its partners, and listeners have raised more than $3.6 million for Penn State Hershey Children’s Hospital.
